Our Agreement:

Booking a photoshoot session confirms acceptance of these terms(payment, cancellation & general conditions):

General payment conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Paypal Payments

Payments made via PayPal are subject to an additional 5% processing fee, which will be added to the invoice total. This fee reflects the transaction costs charged by PayPal and is non-refundable.

Bank Transfer Payments

Payments made via bank transfer are accepted. Any bank transfer fees, international transfer fees, or intermediary bank charges are entirely at the client’s expense.
The photographer must receive the full invoiced amount net of fees.

Payments made via international bank transfer are subject to an additional 5% processing fee, which will be added to the invoice total. This fee reflects the transaction costs charged by the bank or for any change in exchange rate and is non-refundable.

Booking Validity

If no deposit is paid, the booking cannot be guaranteed and will be held for a maximum of 3 days after the invoice is sent.
The photographer reserves the right to automatically cancel the booking if:
No deposit is received, and/or
No reply or confirmation is received from the client within 24 hours after the invoice is sent.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.
Deposit Refund – Exceptional Cases Only
The deposit will be fully reimbursed only if:
The photoshoot cannot be postponed, and
The cancellation is due to major health issues (medical proof may be requested).

Client Cancellation

Cancellations due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, change of mind, or weather preferences (unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the photographer) are not eligible for a deposit refund.
Clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel whenever possible, subject to availability.

Photographer Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the photographer must cancel due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, the client will be offered either:
A full refund of all payments made, or
A rescheduled session at no additional cost.

Late Arrival Policy

• If the client arrives late, the session duration may be shortened accordingly, with no price reduction.
• If the client is more than 30 minutes late without any communication or reply to the photographer:
The photographer reserves the right to leave the location
The session will be considered cancelled by the photographer
The deposit will be kept, and
No rescheduling will be offered

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, rescheduling will be prioritised whenever possible.

Image Delivery

• Image delivery timelines begin only after full payment has been received.
• Editing style and artistic choices remain at the photographer’s discretion, in line with their portfolio.
